Email only

Metin247 is a small volunteer project. The easiest and only way to reach us is by email. We do not publish a phone number, a postal address or a company registration, and there is no live chat. Please pick the address that best matches your message so it reaches the right person.

Which address for what

• [email protected] for general questions, feedback, corrections to guides, suggestions and press or partnership ideas.
• [email protected] for server admins: asking to be listed, updating or removing a listing, or questions about how the directory works.
• [email protected] for anything about privacy, including questions about the Privacy Policy or how data in your browser is handled.

Response expectations

We read every message, but we are volunteers and cannot promise a reply time. Please allow a few days, and a little longer around busy periods. If your message is urgent or you have not heard back after a reasonable wait, feel free to send a short follow-up.

What helps us help you

• Use a clear subject line, for example Listing update or Guide correction.
• Tell us which page you are talking about.
• Server admins: include your server's public website name and the details you would like shown, and tell us whether the information is current.
• Keep messages free of passwords or other sensitive details. We will never ask for your password.

What we cannot do

We are not the support team of any Metin2 server. We cannot restore characters, recover accounts, reverse bans, refund purchases or settle disputes between players and servers. Please contact the server in question through its own official channels. We also do not provide official Metin2 support, which is handled by the game's rights holders.

Be cautious with messages that claim to come from Metin247 but use a different address, especially if they ask for passwords or payments. We have no accounts or payments, so such a message is not from us.

Thank you for helping us improve this community hub.
