Sponsored banner advertising on Metin247 is coming soon. Nothing is for sale today, there is no booking system, and no payment is taken on this site. This page explains the principles we are committing to before any placement goes live, so server owners and players know what to expect.

Our principles

• Clearly labelled. Every sponsored banner will carry a visible Sponsored label, so nobody mistakes an advertisement for editorial content or a ranking.
• No pay-to-rank. Advertising will never change where a server appears in the directory, in search results or in any future ranking. Placement in banner slots and organic listing position are separate things.
• Honest creative. Banners must not make invented claims, such as fake player counts, guaranteed rewards or unverifiable statistics.
• Player-safe. No ads that promote cheating, botting, exploits, account selling or real-money trading, and no links to suspicious downloads.
• Respectful layout. Ads will stay in dedicated spots and will not hide guides, tools or navigation.

What is planned

We expect to offer a small number of banner slots on selected pages, aimed at private servers and community projects that already meet our listing standards. Details such as formats, sizes and scheduling are not decided yet, and we will publish them here before any booking opens. Any prices will be stated openly rather than hidden behind a sales call.

What advertisers should expect

Sponsors will be reviewed with the same care as directory submissions. We may decline or remove an advertisement that misleads players or breaks our rules. A sponsorship is not an endorsement from us, and Metin247 remains unofficial and is not affiliated with Webzen, Gameforge or any server.
