Meet the 2026 Oscar winners!

Conan O’Brien hosted the 98th Academy Awards on Sunday, March 15, live from Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood in Los Angeles on ABC and Hulu.

When this year’s nominations were announced on Jan. 22, writer-director Ryan Coogler’s Sinners broke the record for the most nominations for a single movie in all of Oscars history, 16 total. Sinners went on to win four Oscars, including Best Actor for Michael B. Jordan, who played dual roles.

There were 24 categories, and this year marked the addition of a brand-new one, Best Casting, which went to Cassandra Kulukundis for One Battle After Another. One Battle ultimately won six total, including Best Picture.
