BREAKING: Witness Videos Raise Major Questions in Alex Pretti Shooting — The 38th Minute Captures His Final Words, Revealing a Chilling Truth

Federal immigration officers shot and killed a 37-year-old man Saturday morning in Minneapolis.

The man was identified by his parents as Alex Pretti, an intensive care unit nurse.

Hearst Television’s National Investigative Unit has reviewed several angles of the shooting from video recorded and provided by witnesses. Some had a more distant view, while others were just a few feet away.

The videos paint a picture of what took place – including where the firearm Pretti was legally carrying was located. And it’s creating new questions about the version of events from Department of Homeland Security officials.

Below is an analysis of the shooting using three angles provided by different videos. Viewer discretion is advised.

In the video, you can see Pretti step into the middle of Nicolett Avenue to wave a vehicle around the DHS activity.

He steps in as another woman is shoved by an immigration officer, who then sprays Pretti and the others at least twice.

As Pretti seemingly tries to pull the woman up, more officers approach, and a scuffle begins.

Pretti stands up, but is knocked to the ground.

A third angle shows more officers running down the street and into the chaos.

From this angle, the officer dressed in gray is seen reaching into Pretti’s waistband and appearing to grab something – possibly a handgun – and then running away as shots are fired.

Later, in a fourth video, an officer crouches at Pretti’s side.

He’s seen searching Pretti’s clothing and is heard saying, “Where’s the gun?” Another officer, a distance away, responds, “I’ve got the gun.”

At no time in any of the three videos reviewed is Pretti seen brandishing a gun.
