Teen sent desperate message to pal asking to be picked up from party before being ‘stabbed in back in row over boy’
A TEENAGE girl found stabbed to death after leaving an “out of hand” house party sent a desperate message to a pal begging to be picked up moments before being attacked.
Chloe Watson Dransfield, 16, was found fatally injured on the road in Leedsshortly before 6am on Saturday – after allegedly being stabbed in the back.

She was rushed to hospital where she tragically died from her injuries.
Five people – including two woman aged 18, a man aged 19 and two boys aged 17 – remain in police custody on suspicion of murder.
A friend told of how Chloe had wanted to leave the address, describing the gathering as “getting out of hand”.
They said: “Chloe wanted to go. It was all getting out of hand and people were inhaling balloons of laughing gas.

“She contacted a friend telling them to pick her up. But it was too late.
“She tried to get out to get help, only to collapse on the road.
“Neighbours came rushing out and tried to give her CPR while the emergency services were on their way.
“She was only 16 and had her whole life ahead of her. It’s just devastating.”

This comes as a local claimed Chloe was “stabbed in the back” and other residents rallied around to try and save her.
Wayne Mallows, 64, told the Daily Mail: “She had been stabbed in the back and there was quite a bit of blood. Her eyes were just blank.
“I was called out about 5.50am by a dog walker. She said my neighbour was doing CPR on a young girl but he was getting tired.
“I asked if they’d rung an ambulance, and I realised that a phone was on the ground and he had it on loudspeaker. Ambulance control were giving him instructions.”
Wayne said he then took over before the ambulance arrived a few minutes later.
Chloe’s family released a heart breaking statement paying tribute to the tragic teenager.
Her distraught mum wrote: “I cannot put into words how I feel that you are not here with me.
“You are my life, my world, my best friend and I know that I am yours. I cannot live without you – I need you.
“You are stunning, confident, loyal, honest and my family-oriented princess.
“When you walk into any room it lights up with your bubbly personality. There is so much I could say. There’s a big hole in my heart that can never be filled.
“Your two sisters and big brother will always love and miss you to infinity. You will always and forever be in our hearts. Love Mum, Connor, Courtney and Cienna.”
Her father’s family also issued a tribute in the wake of the senseless killing describing their “immeasurable” heartache.
It read: “We miss every single thing about her. She was beautiful, full of joy, and had a wonderfully cheeky personality.
“She embraced life with such happiness, and she had her whole future ahead of her.
“Chloe was loved by everyone who knew her, and the absence she leaves behind is immeasurable.
“We will miss her forever, she will never be forgotten.”

An online fundraising page set up by a relative suggested Chloe’s life had been taken away “in a flash over a boy”.
The post, by Chloe’s cousin Shantelle, said: “I’m setting up a Gofundme for my 16 year old cousin whose life was sadly taken in tragedy.
“16 years young didn’t even make it to her 18th. Her whole life was taken in a flash over a boy.
“Her mum is distraught she has left two younger siblings behind she was sadly murdered.
“I wanted to create a Gofundme to help give her the best send off possible. She didn’t deserve this, she was so full of life. Such an innocent, beautiful soul taken too soon.”
Residents desperately tried to save Chloe’s life before she was taken to hospital.
Tributes were left at the scene of the alleged murder in Kennerleigh Avenue, a suburb of east Leeds consisting mainly of bungalows populated by elderly residents.
One of the messages read: “Rest easy, my Chloe. Love you forever my crazy girl”. Another paid tribute to “my beautiful girl”.
Looking at the tributes, local resident Gillian Brook said: “This area’s really quiet. This young girl’s lost her life. She’d got all her life ahead of her.
“My granddaughter’s the same age.
“My heart goes out to her family and everybody who knew her. It’s devastating.
“It’s just a really quiet area and you don’t expect it. It’s so, so sad.”
Another resident, who asked not to be named, said: “It’s a very quiet road – lots of bungalows and retired people.
“It’s absolutely heartbreaking that a girl so young has lost her life.
“Everyone is in disbelief. You hear about these things happening elsewhere, but you never expect it on your own street. It’s terribly sad.”
Detective Chief Superintendent Marc Bowes, of West Yorkshire Police, has appealed for anyone who was in the area and witnessed what happened to come forward with information.
He said: “This is an extremely complex investigation where a young woman has sadly lost her life.”
