The boys, whom The U.S. Sun is calling boy A and boy B for clarity, are now 11 years old, and came forward with allegations against show director Busfield on November 1, 2024, when police in New Mexico were first contacted.

Busfield, 68, finally turned himself in to the police and posed for a stone-faced mugshot on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, after a warrant for his arrest was issued days earlier on January 9.

After a court appearance on Wednesday, the actor and director was held without bail, officially charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor under 13 and one count of child abuse.
