tt_Live updates: Investigators are now actively searching a Rio Rico residence tied to a person of interest in the kidnapping of Savannah Guthrie’s missing mother, Nancy Guthrie.

Bombshell new pictures and video showing Nancy Guthrie’s alleged kidnapper outside her house were released by authorities on Tuesday.

The series of stills and two videos show an armed individual wearing a ski mask, gloves, a zipped jacket, and a backpack outside the front door of the 84-year-old woman’s Tucson, Arizona, home.

In a social media post, FBI Director Kash Patel shares a few pictures of the alleged kidnapper for the first time. Meanwhile, a former FBI agent told The Post that the bizarre way Nancy Guthrie’s alleged abductor carried his gun, along with the amateurish way he tried to cover up the Nest camera, all point to an inexperienced thug.

It marks the most significant breakthrough in the alleged abduction of “Today” host Savannah Guthrie’s mom since she disappeared from her home in the early morning hours of Feb. 1.

Up until this point, no suspects have been identified, and neither law enforcement nor the FBI had offered any major insight into who might have snatched her from her home after she was dropped off by her son-in-law, Tommaso Cioni, following a dinner with him and her daughter, Annie.

On Monday, a final deadline to pay a $6 million ransom in bitcoin passed with no updates, as Savannah shared another video appeal on Instagram.

“We are at an hour of desperation,” Savannah Guthrie said in an Instagram video hours before the cutoff.

Director Patel also urged anyone with information to call 1-800-CALL-FBI or visit tips.fbi.gov.

Woman says son-in-law was person detained for questioning in Nancy Guthrie’s kidnapping, Rio Rico house being searched

By Zoe Hussain

A woman who lives in the Rio Rico home being searched by authorities in connection with the kidnapping of Nancy Guthrie said her son-in-law was detained at a traffic stop earlier today.

The seemingly confused woman, who was not identified by name, told ABC15’s Lillian Donahue that investigators “keep going in and out of my house, taking pictures, and I don’t know why,” according to the clip posted on X.

“They showed me a video to see if it was him, to see … if I recognize the things he was wearing, he doesn’t have any of that. He doesn’t have anything that comes in the video,” she said of surveillance footage she was shown from outside the missing 84-year-old’s home.

When asked if the person in the footage looked like her son-in-law, the resident replied, “No, it doesn’t look like him. No, not at all.”

She added that her son-in-law hasn’t been “in trouble” since he was underage.

Several Santa Cruz Sheriff’s Department vehicles were also seen swarming the residence, Fox News Digital reporter Michael Ruiz posted on X.

Why it took so long for FBI to get Nest camera footage of Nancy Guthrie suspect — and how it shows what Google is capable of

By Priscilla DeGregory

The FBI finally released the first images of Nancy Guthrie’s suspected abductor 10 days after she vanished from her Arizona home — a delay caused by two major obstacles — her security camera was missing and the 84-year-old grandmother didn’t subscribe to the camera’s back-up storage plan.

The long-awaited release of the horrifying break-in footage recorded by the missing Nest camera shows just what parent company Google is capable of, one expert said.

Guthrie wasn’t paying for a Google Home subscription which would have stored her Nest feed, even if the physical camera was removed. It costs $10 a month — or $100 a year — for the base service that saves video triggered by movements or “events” for 30 days.

“It gives us some insight to what Google is capable of,” former prosecutor and current criminal defense lawyer John W. Day told The Post.

Entire Guthrie family — including Savannah — should take polygraph tests in bizarre Nancy Guthrie case, Greg Gutfeld says

Nancy Guthrie’s alleged kidnappers issued ‘chilling’ threat if ransom deadline was missed: TMZ boss

By Chris Bradford

The fiends claiming to have kidnapped Savannah Guthrie’s 84-year-old mom, Nancy, issued a “chilling” threat over what would happen if the family missed the deadline to pay $6 million, according to Harvey Levin, whose outlet, TMZ, was sent the first note.

“There is a direct, stark statement about consequences if they didn’t get that money,” the site’s founder told CNN late Monday, hours after the deadline to pay had passed.

“That’s all I will say … but it is chilling when you read that sentence. It’s short and it is to the point.”

Levin said he found it “baffling” why the money does not appear to have been paid, given that “Today” show host Savannah had said the family was willing to pay.

He said his team had constantly had an eye on the bitcoin address the ransom note included — but cautioned that it could be different from the one given to other outlets in later notes.

‘Desperate’ Savannah Guthrie’s latest video plea could signal sad reality in hunt for mom Nancy: expert

By Teresa Roca

Savannah Guthrie’s latest plea for her missing mom Nancy’s return points to cops still not having a suspect over a week into her disappearance, according to an expert.

The “Today” anchor appeared solo in a social media video Monday, sharing that the family still believes Nancy, 84, “is out there” and that they need the public’s help to find her. Savannah acknowledged that they were “at an hour of desperation.”

Former CIA member and FBI special agent Tracy Walder tells Page Six that unlike the previous social media video Savannah and her siblings, Annie and Camron, posted, the video on Monday didn’t appear to be scripted with the FBI.

“She doesn’t appear to be reading from a script,” Walder says. “At least in my opinion. It is truly an off-the-cuff video.”

“I think interestingly it points to the fact that they really and truly may not have a suspect,” she adds.
