Horrifying video shows moment deranged Senegalese mass shooter opens fire outside Austin bar

Horrifying video captures the deadly moment Senegalese immigrant Ndiaga Diagne began firing into a crowd at a packed Austin night spot Sunday.

In the chilling footage, verified by FOX 7 Austin, Diagne can be seen walking on the sidewalk in his gray “Property of Allah” hoodie before raising his rifle and firing at least a dozen shots.

“What the f–k is going on! Jesus f–king Christ! What the f–k!” the apparent videographer exclaims during the carnage, which started around 2 a.m. as hundreds of bar patrons were leaving to head home.

Smoke can be seen bursting from the barrel of the killer’s gun as he fires for several seconds before he appears to drop to the ground outside of Buford’s Backyard Beer Garden — a popular hangout near the University of Texas-Austin campus.

When the shooting stopped, two people were dead and 14 others were injured.

Police confronted Diagne less than a minute after the first gunshot, shooting him dead, cops said.

The footage was filmed across the street by terrified bystanders.

Diagne, 53, was a former New York City resident who was naturalized as a US citizen in 2013 and also applied for asylum in 2016, sources said.

He had a history of arrests in both New York City and Texas and was believed to have lived in the Big Apple for years, arriving in 2000 and racking up a string of busts between 2001 and 2016, sources said.

He had a Quran in his car at the time of the shooting, and authorities are investigating whether he may have been motivated by the US-led air strikes against Iran.

Sources familiar with the investigation told The Post that Diagne had a shirt underneath his sweatshirt featuring the Iranian flag or other Iran-related symbols.

“Obviously it’s still way too early in the process to determine the exact motivation but there were indicators on the subject and in his vehicle that indicate potential nexus to terrorism,” said Alex Doran, acting Special Agent in charge of the FBI’s San Antonio office.
