TIKTOK influencer Kiersten Dyke has died aged 25 after a lengthy skin cancer battle – with her heartbroken boyfriend paying tribute.

The beloved social media star from Texas documented her journey fighting the disease to her tens of thousands of followers.

Her tragic death was announced on the GoFundMe page originally set up to help cover medical fees and other costs.

The content creator’s boyfriend of nearly nine years, Dominic Cinfio, also shared the heartbreaking news on social media.

She passed away “peacefully” on Sunday, he confirmed, adding that she was not in pain and surrounded by loved ones.

He also revealed that Kiersten had met with doctors just one week earlier to discuss the possibility of taking part in clinical trials.

Cinfio said: “She was so excited to start the process of seeing what it would take and if she was eligible and start the screening process.”

Kiersten posted a TikTok summarizing her battle with cancer in May 2025.

She was first diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in December 2022 after having a “suspicious mole” biopsied.

In 2023, she had the spot surgically removed – but doctors chose not to perform a lymph node dissection.

Kiersten later said: “That ended up being a huge mistake.”

Weeks later, her cancer was confirmed to be stage 2B.

She underwent another operation to remove two lymph nodes.

But she said she spent the remainder of 2023 in and out of the hospital – with her body “really struggling” following two rounds of intense surgeries.

She celebrated one year seemingly without cancer in January 2024 – before going on to travel the world.

But tragically she was diagnosed with stage 3 metastatic melanoma at the end of 2024.

She started immunotherapy in February 2025 and soon after underwent five rounds of radiation in two weeks.

Her GoFundMe said in June 2025 that her metastatic melanoma was stage 4.

A statement on her GoFundMe said: “With heavy hearts, we share the news that Kiersten passed away Sunday morning surrounded by her loved ones.

“Kiersten was a strong and empowered woman and an inspiration to so many people.”

It added: “She was thoughtful and kind with a gentle soul who loved life. Forever in our hearts.

“We will share details about a celebration of life at a later time.

“We continue to ask for thoughts and prayers as we navigate thru this difficult time.”

Cinfio said: “There are no words to truly describe how special of a human Kiersten was.

“She was such a joy and brought light into every room she walked into.

“She cherished every person who knew her and cared so deeply for others.

“She inspired me everyday and made me a better person and for that I am eternally grateful.”

He continued: “I am so fortunate to have shared 8 1/2 years together as her boyfriend.

“She loved so hard not just me but every person in her life whether you met her once or knew her your entire life. That’s what made her so special.

“Even through the countless treatments, she was always trying reach out and be there for others.

“She was a fighter and even when things were hardest didn’t waver in being there for the people she loved.

“It comforts me knowing she is no longer in pain and is finally at rest.

“I will miss her so much and will always carry her with me. I hope I can live even remotely closely to how she did and share her love and strength with others.
