A Philadelphia snowplow driver recorded himself “intentionally” dumping piles of heavy snow on top of residents’ cars as he drove through the city streets, laughing at his wicked deed.
The driver, who was only identified as a city worker with the Department of Sanitation, launched his expletive-filled video after Winter Storm Fern dropped over 9 inches of snow in the area on Monday.

“If your car look like this, just go and head the f–k back in the house. Just go in the house. Ain’t no need for you to be outside today,” the driver shouted, while maniacally laughing, according to video obtained by NBC Philadelphia on Thursday.
“If I can’t drive, you bitches can’t drive,” he shouted in the video.
The footage captured the snowplow operator driving through Philadelphia’s Kensington neighborhood as he piled even more heavy snow against the vehicles that were already buried on the city streets.
“Happy snow day, motherf–kers. We tearing this s–t up. Allegheny don’t need to go nowhere. Go in the f–king house. Go in the house!”
One resident who was clearing their car called the driver an “a–hole” as the plow covered the side of the vehicle again.
“Go in the house,” the truck driver shouted back.

City officials were made aware of the video and knew the identity of the driver, but said they were handling the matter internally, according to NBC Philadelphia.
Philadelphia’s Director of Clean and Green Initiative Carlton Williams released a video talking about the “unintended consequences” during snow removal operations, including snow piling up on cars parked on the street.

“Unfortunately, I received several reports of activity when there were drivers who intentionally buried people in their cars, often causing safety and dangerous conditions,” Williams said in the video posted to Facebook. “The City of Philadelphia does not tolerate this type of behavior and if it occurs, we will address it immediately.”
Williams asked people to report the reckless behavior to his office using 311 or to file a complaint with the police.
“We do not tolerate the unsafe conditions of any citizen in the City of Philadelphia, especially in communities that need our help the most,” he said.
