DRAMATIC video has captured the moment a packed United plane’s nose wheel detached during a hard landing at Orlando airport.
A wheel could be seen rolling along the tarmac moments after the jet touched down in the Florida city.

Footage shared on X showed the plane coming into land as normal.
That was before the plane’s back wheels hit the runway.
The United jet seemed to bounce on the runway before appearing to tilt downwards.
Pilots frantically tried to stabilize the plane.
As the plane was barreling down the runway, a wheel was seen rolling onto the adjacent grass.
The Airbus A321neo aircraft departed Chicago O’Hare at 8:55am on Sunday morning and landed at Orlando international airport just after 12:30pm local time.
A United spokesperson told People that the plane, which can reach a cruising speed of 518mph, experienced a mechanical issue.
And, a federal aviation spokesperson said the plane was “disabled” following the bumpy landing.
Around 200 passengers and six crew members were on board the plane.
Those on board the plane were loaded onto buses and shipped to the airport.
There were no injuries, and an investigation has since been launched.
Delays of around 45 minutes were reported at Orlando airport later on Sunday afternoon.
In July, flames were seen spitting under one of the engines of a Boeing 767-400 plane.
This forced the Atlanta, Georgia-bound plane to return to Los Angeles.
In August, a packed Iberia plane heading to Paris-Orly airport was left with a smashed nose following a bird strike.
The impact of the smash also caused one of the jet’s engines to be damaged.
