The identity of a Miami man who died in a freak accident involving pastry-making equipment has been revealed by his grieving wife.

Mordehay Grunberger, 71, died at at South Florida Kosher Market following an accident involving an industrial dough mixer.

Investigators said he somehow became caught in the device around 4am Friday and died from his injuries, according to Local10.

Shop employees did not want to speak about the fatal accident, CBS Miami reported.

His wife Inna Gastman Maor revealed her heartbreak while paying tribute to Grunberger.

‘Today, my beloved husband Miki, my closest person in my life my best friend, and father of my two beautiful sons, tragically passed away!’ she posted.

‘I lost myself,’ she added. ‘I love him so much. He’s the love of my life!’

Grunberger was a long-time bread maker at the mart.

The exact explanation for his death has not been given by investigators.

A public social media profile described Grunberger as a pastry chef.

Crime scene investigators, as well as the medical examiner, were at the scene of the death for hours after the fact.

Footage of the market showed the location taped off with a significant police presence in the area.

Law enforcement said that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) was investigating the site.

Grunberger’s death showed no signs of foul play and seemed to be accidental, police said.

A public social media profile said she lived in Cooper City – about 15 miles north of the market where Grunberger died.

Loving pictures of the couple showed them posing for pictures and traveling around the world.

Less than a week ago, she uploaded a video showing a series of photos with her husband.

The moving montage was set to the song ‘Enjoy Every Moment’ by Noa Belle.

Family friends rushed to honor Grunberger after his sudden passing.

‘We are so sorry for your loss,’ one person said. ‘Your Miki was a great man, and we know how close you were to him. He will be missed by many.’

Another added that they were ‘blessed to learn so much from him’ and added, ‘We will love Miki forever.’

‘My heart is shattered for you and the boys,’ a third said. ‘I am so deeply sorry for this unbearable loss. There are no words, but please know you are not alone.’

The Daily Mail has reached out to the North Miami Beach Police and Inna Gastman Maor for further comment.
