CHERYL Tweedy’s killer stalker was back behind bars last night hours after The Sun found him grinning outside a bail hostel.
Daniel Bannister, 51, had been secretly freed in recent weeks after spending just three months in prison.

Smirking Bannister was spotted vaping in South London but was back behind bars after breaking rules in his halfway house.
It is understood alcohol was found in his room at a bail hostel in South London.
It had been feared Bannister could target Cheryl again — having already served three prison terms for trying to get to the star.
