16-Year-Old Fabian Keller Among Victims in Tragic Bus Fire in Switzerland
A quiet Tuesday evening commute in Switzerland turned into tragedy when a devastating fire broke out inside a bus in the town of Chiètres. Among the victims was 16-year-old Fabian Keller, who had been returning home after completing a day of work experience as a carpenter.
Fabian had reportedly just finished his second trial day in carpentry training, an opportunity that many young apprentices take as they begin exploring future careers. According to accounts shared following the incident, the teenager was traveling home with thoughts about what he might learn next as he continued building skills in his chosen trade.
Authorities say the incident occurred only a few hundred meters before Fabian’s stop.
